The Fathers’ Rights Movement (TFRM), a 501(c)3, is proud to announce the appointment of Melissa Isaak as their new Executive Director effective immediately. Isaak is an Alabama attorney who specializes in Men’s and Father’s rights in family law cases.

TFRM President Thomas Fidler said, “This is a new era in the continuing evolution of parenting and parent equal rights. Melissa’s experience of years of custody trials, paired with her personal experience as a child who was on the losing of the court system’s flawed structure, make her a uniquely situated person who is the perfect choice for us. The vision Melissa has for the movement, and the future of our children, is when most parents have equal parenting time. Today, more than 50% of marriages end in divorce, and 40% of new births are to single mothers, the systemic absence of fathers is leading to major societal problems and we hope to slow, if not stop, that tragedy.”

Coming on the heels of our first annual Parental Equality Conference in Las Vegas, the appointment of Isaak assures the progress that we’ve been making, will continue into the future.”

Isaak is head of the Alabama based Isaak Law Firm consisting of four attorneys who work every day to provide legal counsel and support to fathers who are striving to be a consistent, caring and connected parent.
