Parental Equality 2026 is an international conference dedicated to Shared Parenting and the legal, psychological and social aspects of the child’s best interest in modern family life.
Family legal cases are among the few areas of law where judicial decisions often depend not only on the interpretation of legal provisions but also on an understanding of human psychology and the dynamics of family relationships. It is precisely in this sensitive area that law, psychology and the best interests of the child intersect.
The 2026 Parental Equality conference creates a space for positive professional dialogue and the exchange of international experiences among specialists working on family cases and law reforms.
